Service description
Evercay provides Walt Disney World availability alerts and Lightning Lane management services. We monitor experience availability and notify you when spots open for dining reservations, tours, firework cruises, and other bookable experiences.

Evercay is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company or any of its subsidiaries. All Disney parks, experiences, attractions, and related marks are the property of The Walt Disney Company and its respective owners.
No guarantee of availability
Availability alerts are provided on a best-effort basis. Evercay does not guarantee that any particular experience will become available, or that you will be able to book an experience after receiving an alert. All bookings are subject to Disney's own systems, policies, and availability at the time of booking.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. Evercay is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised account access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from Evercay.
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit alert data received from Evercay.
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Pricing
Availability alerts are free, forever. Lightning Lane management features may be offered as paid tiers. Any paid features and their pricing will be clearly communicated before you are charged.
Service changes
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the service at any time. If we make material changes to pricing or functionality, we will provide reasonable notice via email or through the application.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Evercay and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total aggregate liability for all claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
